IPTV Pro — Privacy Policy
Plain-English rundown of what we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.
Hey — welcome to the privacy page. We'll keep this short and skim-friendly. IPTV Pro ("we", "us", "our") runs the IPTV Pro service at iptvepro.online, and this policy explains exactly what data lands on our side when you use the site, the IPTV Pro app, or any IPTV Smarters Pro setup connected to your subscription. No legalese mazes, no buried clauses. If something here feels off, ping us through our contact page.
1. What Data We Collect
We only ask for the bits we actually need to run your IPTV Pro subscription. That breaks down into four buckets:
- Account info — your email address (required to send your M3U credentials and renewal reminders) and an optional name when you write to us.
- Payment data — handled entirely by our payment processor. Your card number, CVV, and full billing details never touch our servers; we only receive a transaction ID and the last 4 digits for receipts.
- Device info — basic technical details (browser, OS, app version, the player you're on like IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate) so we can debug playback issues and keep the service compatible across Fire Stick, Smart TV, Apple TV, and the rest.
- Viewing analytics — aggregated, anonymous metrics on which channels are watched and at what bitrate. This is pooled across the whole user base so we can rebalance servers — it's never tied to your identity.
2. How We Use Your Data
Four things, that's it:
- Deliver the service — provision your line, send your IPTV Pro playlist M3U, push renewal links, and email service status updates.
- Support — answer your questions when you write in. If you mention your email in chat, we use it to look up your account.
- Fraud prevention — flag stolen-card chargebacks and credential-sharing patterns. IP address is checked at signup and discarded shortly after.
- Anonymous analytics — improve uptime, channel quality, and the IPTV Pro app itself based on aggregated usage patterns.
We don't sell your data. We don't trade it. We don't run behavioural ad networks against it. Full stop.
3. Cookies & Tracking
The site uses a small set of cookies — essentials for keeping you logged in, plus optional analytics cookies you can decline. The full breakdown (what each cookie does, how long it lasts, how to switch them off) lives on our Cookies Policy page.
4. Third-Party Services
To run IPTV Pro we lean on a few specialist providers. We pick ones with strong privacy track records and only share the minimum data each one needs to do its job:
- Payment processor — handles card and crypto charges. They get your payment details directly; we get a confirmation.
- Hosting & CDN — serves the site and IPTV Pro app from regional edges (EU, US, Asia) so playback feels local. They see request logs, not account content.
- Email delivery — sends transactional emails (welcome, M3U credentials, renewal). They see your email address and the message we send.
Each provider is contractually bound to handle your data only for the service we hire them for.
5. Data Storage & Security
Account records sit in encrypted databases (AES-256 at rest). Everything that moves between your device and our servers is wrapped in TLS 1.2+ — that includes the IPTV Pro app, the website, and any IPTV Smarters Pro subscription handshake. Internal access is restricted to the small team who actually need it, secured with 2FA, and audited.
6. Data Retention
We keep your account data as long as your subscription is active, then for 90 days after cancellation in case you come back. Email logs and support tickets stick around for up to 2 years for reference. Payment records (invoices, transaction IDs) we hold for 7 years because tax law says we have to. You can ask us to wipe everything earlier — see your rights below.
7. Your Rights
If you're in the EU/UK, the GDPR gives you the right to:
- Access — get a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectify — fix anything that's wrong.
- Erase — delete your account and associated data (the "right to be forgotten").
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable file.
- Object — push back against any processing based on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent — for analytics or marketing cookies, any time.
If you're a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know what we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of your personal info. We don't sell personal info to anyone, so the opt-out is already the default. To exercise any of these rights, reach us through our contact page — we respond within 30 days.
8. Children's Privacy
IPTV Pro is built for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13 (or under 16 in the EU, depending on your country). If you think a minor signed up, write to us and we'll close the account and delete the records.
9. International Data Transfers
Our servers and providers span the EU, US, and Asia, so your data may cross borders to reach the closest CDN edge. Where it leaves the EU, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards, so the protections travel with the data.
10. Changes to This Policy
If we update this page in a way that materially changes how we handle your data, we'll bump the "Last updated" date at the top and email subscribers before the change takes effect. Smaller wording tweaks (clarity, typo fixes) just get the new date.
11. Contact Us
Questions about your data, a request to exercise one of the rights above, or anything else privacy-related — head to our contact page. A real human reads every message, usually within 24 hours.
