1. Try Before You Buy

2. Refund Window for Paid Plans
If you skipped the trial (or used it and changed your mind after subscribing), you've got a 7-day refund window from the date of your initial payment. The 7-day window applies to first-time IPTV Pro purchases only. Renewals on a recurring plan are not eligible for refunds — see section 7 on cancellations to avoid being charged again.
3. Conditions for Refund
To qualify, three things have to be true. First, you opened a setup or technical request with our team via WhatsApp or the contact form before asking for a refund — we need a chance to fix the issue (most playback problems are a 5-minute settings tweak in your iptv smarters pro app). Second, the issue is technical and confirmed on our side: server downtime, missing channels you were promised on the channel list, or a plan that genuinely won't load on the device you bought it for.
And third, your account shows fewer than roughly 12 hours of total stream usage. If you've already watched a full weekend of live sports on the line, that's not a setup issue — that's a working subscription, and the 24-hour trial existed precisely to prevent that situation.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
A few cases fall outside the refund window. You changed your mind after extensive use — the line worked, you watched dozens of hours, then decided IPTV isn't for you. You violated our Terms & Conditions by sharing your credentials, reselling the line, or trying to scrape the m3u playlist. You initiated a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us first — once a chargeback is filed, the dispute moves to your card issuer and we can't process a parallel refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

7. Cancellations
Most IPTV Pro plans are one-time payments — you buy a 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month line, it runs for that period, and it stops on its own. Nothing to cancel.
If you specifically picked a recurring monthly option at checkout, you can switch off the auto-renewal at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or hitting the contact page. We'll stop the next charge — your current month keeps running until it expires, and you won't be billed again. There's no early-termination fee and no "cancellation form" you have to dig for.
